Andre is a member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Professional in Program and Project Management. He has experience in software development and pre-sales, project management, transformation, turnaround/rescue and mobilization programs. He has worked with companies including AMP General Insurance, CSC Australia, Deloitte UK, Cazenove Capital Management, Optus, Foxtel and News Ltd.
Andre has been a director of the company since November 2014, and a director of a delivery consultancy and executive advisory service since March 2007.
Lisa commenced her career as a judge's associate before working as a solicitor in private practice in London for 4 years. She then worked as a barrister in Sydney for almost 4 years, before working in-house at Kaizen Capital Pty Ltd, and Steinhoff Asia Pacific Limited (whose retail brands include Freedom Furniture, Snooze, Bay Leather Republic, POCO, BBO and Unitrans).
Lisa has been the company secretary for Kaizen Global Investments Limited since September 2014, and for Kaizen Capital Pty Ltd since October 2009.

Simon Winfield
Executive Chairman
Simon commenced his career on the floor of the London Stock Exchange. He worked in UK equities for Grieveson Grant, W Greenwell and UBS until he joined Credit Suisse First Boston (London and New York) to market sectoral research. Simon was Managing Director, Head of European Equity Sales at Bank of America (London) before embarking on study.
Simon has been a director of the company since September 2014 and a director of Kaizen Capital Pty Ltd since October 2009.
Connor commenced his carrer at Credit Suisse First Boston (London) where he worked in pan-European institutional equity research sales for 4 years. He then worked for WestLB Panmure as a special situations analyst before working as an analyst/fund manager for a number of buy-side funds including Trafelet Europe Delta Funds (London), Castlegrove Capital (London), Millenium Capital Partners (New York), 8 Investments Partners (Sydney), and Caledonia Investments (Sydney).
Connor has been the Managing Director of the company since September 2014, and a director of Kaizen Capital Pty Ltd since May 2009. He is the portfolio manager for the Kaizen Capital Recapitalization Fund I.
